Data Capture Institute was selected by Mars Corporation as their enterprise-wide consultant to guide all divisions and subsidiaries in bar code application for manufacturing and distribution management. This planning and design responsibility included manufacturing function from receipt of raw material through final packaging. Distribution management consulting included all warehouse and order processing functions including transfer to trucks and case/pallet pipeline visibility.
